Open since 1700, this famous and charming vintage chocolate parlour, originally one of the first in Europe, is renowned for its wide variety of ensaimadas and fillings including plain, chocolate, pumpkin jam, custard, apple sauce, cream and apricot. All their products are homemade, and they are particularly famous for their hot chocolate, cuarto (a delicious spongy sponge cake, perfect for dipping in chocolate), ensaimadas and homemade ice cream.
