Els Calderers

This historic estate takes you on an exciting journey through almost eight centuries of island history. In the farm area, you’ll gain an insight into the fascinating world of everyday Mallorcan life; for both workers and aristocracy alike. The estate is located in the centre of the island, near the village of Sant Joan, in the heart of the fertile Es Pla region. This area is renowned for its agriculture which, in turn, has had a major influence on the island’s cuisine. All of this is reflected in the three-story museum housed in this majestic, stately mansion, comprised of over 20 rooms and numerous outhouses. Try their home-made sobrassada and wine; simply delicious!
