Located in the beautiful surroundings of the Cathedral, on the ground floor of the charming boutique hotel El Llorenç Parc de la Mar. In his elegant dining room, with a modern ambience, chef Santi Taura demonstrates his passion for traditional Mallorcan cuisine, as he tries to bring traditional Mallorcan recipes back to modern times, based on the best local produce and with the premise of always safeguarding flavours above other artifices. The chef, who usually stops by the tables before service to chat with customers, proposes a single tasting menu called Origens (11 courses, although up to three more dishes may be added as extras) that changes with each season and takes us on a tour of the island, so that you can discover its traditions and products through creativity.
