This restaurant, set in a lovely rural estate with exceptional views of the south coast of Mallorca and the island of Cabrera, has one of the best terraces in the area. Time-honoured traditional Mallorcan recipes and exquisitely innovative Mediterranean dishes using local fare such as sobrasada and home-grown ecological products form the basis of its menu, including meat dishes and wood-fired oven baked fish.
