Auf dem mit Platanen ges\u00e4umten Boulevard des Ortes findet an jedem Samstag der Wochenmarkt statt. Kleine Caf\u00e9s laden zu einer Pause im Schatten ein. Valldemossa<\/h3>\n

Aus dem einst idyllischen Dorf ist mittlerweile ein touristisches Zentrum geworden. Das hat dem Flair allerdings nicht geschadet. Hier treffen sich Fans aus Kultur, Geschichte und Musik. Ziel ist vor allem die Kartause von Valldemossa, in der Komponist Fr\u00e9d\u00e9ric Chopin und Autorin George Sand im 19. Jahrhundert den legend\u00e4ren und kalten \u201eWinter auf Mallorca\u201c verbrachten. Chopin soll angesichts des Wetters seine ber\u00fchmte Regentropfen-Pr\u00e9lude geschaffen haben. Die Wohnzelle der beiden K\u00fcnstler sowie der Garten der Kartause k\u00f6nnen besichtigt werden. Valldemossa hat aber auch einiges an Gesch\u00e4ften und Lokalen zu bieten. Dei\u00e0<\/h3>\n

Das K\u00fcnstlerdorf mit kleinen L\u00e4den, gro\u00dfer Gastronomie und renommierten Hotels. Das pittoreske Ambiente zieht bis heute viele Prominente in seinen Bann. Lohnenswert der Fu\u00dfweg zur Kirche hoch oben \u00fcber dem Ort: Der Rundblick von hier aus ist phantastisch. S\u00f3ller<\/h3>\n

Der ber\u00fchmte Ort liegt im Orangental und ist Ziel des \u201eRoten Blitz\u201c, jener legend\u00e4ren Schienenverbindung, die seit \u00fcber 100 Jahren per Schmalspurbahn Palma mit \u201eder anderen Seite\u201c der Serra de Tramuntana verbindet. Anfangs wurde die Gegend rund um S\u00f3ller auch Tal des Goldes genannt, nicht jedoch aufgrund der Z itrusfr\u00fcchte, die hier von besonderer Qualit\u00e4t sein sollen, s ondern wegen der vielen Olivenb\u00e4ume und dem daraus gewonnenen \u00d6l. Der einstige Reichtum der Bewohner zeigt die prachtvolle Architektur der H\u00e4user.<\/p>\n

Santa Maria del Cam\u00ed<\/h3>\n

Sie gelangen ab Bunyola in eine der bedeutendsten Weinregionen der Insel. Halten Sie in den Orten Santa Maria del Cam\u00ed, Consell und Binissalem und entdecken Sie die kleinen Bodegas, die sich manchmal in Innenh\u00f6fen der Stadth\u00e4user befinden. In Binissalem findet immer im September das traditionelle Weinfest statt.<\/p>\n

Santa Maria<\/a> hat sich zur Weinhauptstadt Mallorcas entwickelt, wegen seiner Weinfelder und der Vielfalt und Qualit\u00e4t seiner Bodegas. Von gro\u00dfen Weing\u00fctern wie Maci\u00e0 Batle bis hin zu kleinen Weing\u00fctern, die Bio-Weine mit lokalen Sorten produzieren und die F\u00fchrungen und Weinproben anbieten. Alle Weine tragen geografisch gesch\u00fctzte Bezeichnungen wie den \u201eVi de Mallorca\u201c oder die Herkunfstbezeichnung \u201eDenomincaci\u00f3n de Origen Binissalem\u201c. Sieben dieser Weing\u00fcter bilden die Associaci\u00f3 de Cellers de Santa Maria, die Eigenmarkenweine und Neuheiten wie den originellen \u201evi taronja\u201c (Orangenwein) f\u00f6rdert. Aber Santa Maria bietet noch viel mehr. Das gastronomische Angebot ist sehr vielf\u00e4ltig, darunter Bars, in denen man die besten \u201eVariats\u201c (typisch mallorquinische Tapas) genie\u00dfen kann, ausgezeichnete B\u00e4ckereien und Konditoreien, Paella- und Grill-Restaurants, Pizzerien… und der ber\u00fchmte Celler Sa Sini -Tempel der traditionellen mallorquinischen K\u00fcche-, aber auch erlesenere K\u00fcche wie das Bistro 19 im Livingdreams Mallorca, im Mol\u00ed des Torrent oder Cabra Blanca.<\/p>\n
